- West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) or Photocopy or scan of front and back of the document
Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) issued by WAEC or NECO - Access Card (scratch card) for verification by FACS

- Certified Statement of Results for the General Certificate of Education issued by WAEC

Post Secondary (University)-Required Documents
FACS Requires
- Degree/ diploma Photocopy or scan of front and back of the document
- Transcript / grade report Official document sent directly from the university or electronically send directly from the issuing institution to FACS.

An original document is the first issue document given to the student from the institution typically at the completion of the studies or at the time the degree is awarded. The official documents are usually printed on security paper and have a raised seal and/or fresh ink stamp.
